Returns and refunds

We want you to be confident ordering from BLACKRIDGE K9. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind cancellations

If you buy online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Email support@blackridgek9.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days from telling us to return the goods.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them. We recommend using a tracked service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

We will refund you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, after you provide evidence that you sent them back. We will refund the original standard delivery charge; any extra cost for a premium delivery option is not refundable. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact us promptly at support@blackridgek9.com with your order number and details of the problem. We will provide return instructions and an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.

Exceptions

The change-of-mind right may not apply to personalised or custom-made goods, or to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where the law permits. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

How to return an item

Please contact us before returning anything so that we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not send returns to the registered office unless we specifically ask you to do so.
