These terms apply when you use blackridgek9.com or buy goods from BLACKRIDGE K9 LTD. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and production batches. We may correct errors and update information before accepting an order.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation accepting the order. If we cannot accept an order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken. First Release preorders are not open yet.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are displayed before checkout. Payment must be made using an available method shown at checkout. We may cancel an order where a price or product detail was clearly incorrect, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

Delivery

We deliver in accordance with our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive them. Ownership passes when we receive payment in full.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return and refund policy. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Any product guarantee is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.

Product care and use

Please select an appropriate product and size, follow any supplied care or use instructions, and inspect equipment regularly for wear or damage. Stop using any product that appears damaged. You remain responsible for the safe handling and control of your dog.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to this, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for business losses where you buy as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The website content, branding and materials belong to BLACKRIDGE K9 LTD or our licensors. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when your order is accepted will apply to that order.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
