Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery costs £4.99. Standard delivery is free on orders of £100 or more. The available delivery option and final charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery times

Estimated standard delivery is 3 to 5 working days. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. We will let you know if a significant delay affects your order and, unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of accepting it.

Order processing

Orders are processed on working days. We will send an order confirmation and, where available, dispatch or tracking information by email. First Release preorders are not open yet.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. Contact support@blackridgek9.com as soon as possible if it is incorrect. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If a parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact support@blackridgek9.com with your order number and relevant details so that we can investigate. Your statutory rights are not affected.
